"Cars and Coffee" is a trademarked name, but the idea behind it has spawned numerous variations on the theme throughout the country. The power of the Internet has even spread that popularity throughout the world! There are two main C&Cs in the northern New Jersey region, Cars and Caffe in Bergen County, and Cars and Croissants in the Morris County area.

My week got a little brighter a few weeks ago when I received the email I've been waiting for since the New Year's Day meet...the Cars and Croissants 2015 schedule! The first meet was set for March 1, 2015, and a conflict in my schedule meant that I would miss it. However, with winter's grasp holding on a little while longer, the season opener has been postponed. The next tentative date is marked for Saturday, March 14.

If the weather cooperates, next Sunday, March 8, the Bergen County Cars and Caffe will kickoff their year at the Ramsey Square off of Route 17. Their official Season Opener is slated for Sunday, March 22 at the same location.
